What a great Saturday to be a Husker fan!! Okay, not this last Saturday, but there have been Saturdays that were great.
PAGING HUSKER OFFENSE, PAGING HUSKER OFFENSE.
Geez, I can't even write about this game without getting snarky and pissed off. The next two weeks we have Iowa State and then Baylor. These should be blowouts. Defensively, I am not too worried. If we don't score at least 30 in these next two games, I hope Tom Osborne doesn't give Bo Pelini his meds, and lets him go all Wolverine on someone (Coaches Cotton and Watson come to mind).
Ryan's Hawkeyes crack the top ten, and deservedly so.

Yeah, that was an ugly offensive performance.
Lost in all that is the fact that Texas Tech is a pretty good football team. They lost to Texas but were in the game, and lost to Houston by 1 in a game they probably win 8 of 10 times. Maybe the most overlooked team in the nation.
Lastly, Barney Cotton needs to be replaced. They need to install a pro-style offense and play ball control similar to Iowa. He's been bad just about everywhere he's been since Nebraska's glory days. I mean, his offensive scheme should be named the "Montauk Monster Scheme"...I mean...what IS it?
